Return Policy

All purchases from clonepods.com can be returned within 14-days, starting from the day of receiving your package. If 14 days have gone by, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.


Our 14-Days Return Policy

All items returned within the 14-days trial period must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. The returned products will be carefully examined, as they must be in their original packaging- containing all accessories of the packaging.

If the returned items appears to have been worn, not in it's original packaging or if there are missing parts/accessories, we will provide you with a partial refund instead. The partial refund will vary depending on the condition of the returned set.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, with the exception of returning a damaged/defective item, in which we will be responsible for the shipping cost. 

Please note that there will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns. If you were to receive a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish to return your item back to us, please reply to the (Delivery Confirmation) email sent to you after your package has been delivered for priority response and we will send further instructions of how to proceed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ClonePods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ClonePods will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Product Received Damaged

We work hard to ensure every order arrives safe and secure, but if that isn't the case, we've got you covered.  

In case your product is received broken or damaged (not by any artificial damage, e.g accidentally dropped item when unboxing the package), please reply to the Delivery Confirmation email (sent to you after your package has been delivered) for priority response and we will send further instructions of how to proceed.
